Sorry Kyle. The countdown was meant to have the opposite effect. :)
We’re just a few weeks away from fall practice. The season will be here before you know it!

You guys have to do a before and after photo of the offensive linemen. I’ve been hearing so much in the off season about how these guys have lost a lot of weight and really look different physically. I would love to see pics of this comparison. Slauson was a giant last season and I really hope this is the strength of the team this year.
Good call Dwayne. We’ll see if we can dig up any dirt on that.
I saw Slauson on the sideline of the spring game. He’s still a beast. We’ll see how they all look in a couple weeks.

Nebraska outplayed Auburn, and we held a Top Ten team to a meaesly 178 total yards. In a defensive game like that where points were at such a premium, why stupidly fake a punt in our own end that clearly cost us the game? Why even take that risk? The Husker D held AU to 3 pts other than the 2 turnovers deep in our own end that led to both their TDs!Loserhan now has amassed 15 losses in 3 years, that’s way more than any 3-year coaching feat in over 45 years. And while I don’t believe that any non-Huskers fans (Hello, Bob A from Auburn!) should be blogging on this site, I hate to admit that there has been a lot of truth in the past and recent criticism of our AD, BC and his staff. Is a BCS Bowl Berth that is largely due to the lack of quality teams in the Big 12 North sufficient reason to believe that this program is moving forward enough after 3 seasons of averaging 5 losses? Especially when 5 to 10 of those losses (like the Cotton Bowl) can be directly related to the other sideline having a better coach that we do. Has Husker Nation seen enough from Pederson and Callahan? I’m curious to hear from other Husker fans on this topic.
