Safety Commits

Three-star Louisiana safety P.J. Smith committed to Nebraska today giving the Huskers their 25th commitment. At 6’3” and 205 lbs. he has almost ideal size for the position. He turned down offers from Arkansas and Alabama (among other schools) to come to Nebraska.

While the Huskers may accept two to three more commitments, they are nearing the end of their capacity to take on more players. So we may not hear any new names but rather see some of the uncommitted players that have already visited Lincoln become the final members of the class of 2008.
