Eddie Brown Commits
The Huskers landed another defensive tackle. This time it's Eddie Brown of Texas. Rivals.com lists him as a three-star athlete. At 6'2" and 266 lbs. he still needs to bulk up a bit. His commitment means the class of 2008 should include a high school recruit at every spot on the defensive line.

I am really liking the feel and look of this recruiting class. We are addressing needs and getting players that seem to act like Pelini. Which is exactly what is needed.

See, now that's what I'm talking about!
He'll get bulked up by Nebraska, not JC burgers and fries. Just critical that Nebraska keeps nabbing HS kids.
I saw that he runs a 4.6, which is great! That means he's just as fast as Tommie and Scott were! So yeah, I don't believe he runs a legit (electronic) 4.6. His 0 to 10 yards is more important, anyway.
With the simultaneous Watson intrigue, (he was Brown's main recruiter) hopefully he doesn't get shakey.
Glad D-line depth is being addressed. As redshirt frosh and soph's they're sometimes you're most versitile guys, moving from DE to TE or LB. Or, DT to O-line.
