Question of Performance Enhancers Surround Daniel

A piece of video has been released that puts Chase Daniel’s eligibility in doubt. This six second clip raises a number of questions:
Are these performance enhancing boogers?
Is everyone on the Missouri team doin’ it? (i.e. pickin’ their nose and chewin’ it)?
How would the NCAA rule on this? Is it OK to pick his nose? And it’s surely OK to pick his friends, but can he pick his friends noses?
Does Daniel think it’s OK, even if it’s snot?
We know Daniel had his finger up his nose, but how high up does it go? Are the coaches involved?

I'll apologize for the previous comment to both Arkansinians and Missourians.
I think it might be because of how we were treated the last time we were in Columbia....sort of left a bad taste in our mouth.
