Blogpoll Ballot - Week 5
Once again we present the Big Red Network ballot for the college football top 25 poll at M Go Blog.
If ever there was a case for waiting to release polls until October, last weekend was it. Three AP top five teams (OU, Florida, and West Virginia) all bit the dust with #7 Texas and #10 Rutgers to boot. It also seems folly to use your poll to forecast the future. The season has been too unpredictable. So this list places heavy emphasis (and perhaps an overemphasis) on avoiding defeat, but since the list of teams that can manage the feat are dwindling it just shows how hard it is to do.
