Nonconference Classes of 2007: Washington
Most of Washington's senior class that Nebraska will see in 2010 and perhaps 2011 when they face the Huskies has been recruited (though junior college transfers could be added to the mix in the future). While certainly not an overwhelmingly talented class it's a solid class with some standouts.
The Huskies grabbed four-star talents at cornerback, running back, tight end, wide receiver, and on the offensive line. Two members of the twenty-seven member class come from junior college (and therefore won't be present in 2010). Five of the twenty-five remaining members only rate two stars and the remainder are all three-star players.
With three-star players often developing nicely, the Huskies will have a shot to be very competitive in the future but they've hardly distanced themselves from the rest of the Pac-10 nor did they grab a class that rivals Nebraska 's(though it's on closer footing when you take out Nebraska's junior college players).
There's plenty of time to add talent before 2010 but if the past is any indicator, the Huskies will likely take the field with less raw talent than Nebraska which often spells the difference between wins and losses.
